Delivery

Processing time

All orders are dispatched within 2-4 Working days but the time it takes for me to prepare and send an order can vary.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Inka Rebel is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Worldwide Shipping - just select your country at the checkout.

UK - Second Class Standard Free Delivery for small orders aim 2-4 working days.

Europe - Standard (not tracked) from £3.25 aim 5-7 working days

Rest of World - Standard (not tracked) from £4.20 aim 7-10 days

Please note that if a package is returned to the courier depot because the courier was unable to make the delivery it is the customers responsibility to communicate with the courier to re-deliver or pick up their package. If the customer fails to arrange a redelivery or pick up of their package and it is returned back to me the customer will need to pay postage costs again for me to post the parcel out again.

If a customer inputs the wrong delivery address and the parcel is delivered to that address it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package.

International customers - please remember that your country may charge you taxes for importing a product from the UK. Please check the rules and laws in your individual country.

Returns Policy

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order or would like to return a product. Legally I do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. For a return to be accepted you must contact me within 3 days of the item arriving with you and return the item within 30 days from contacting me.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
