Please contact me if you have any problems with your order or would like to return a product.
Legally I do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons but if the item is damaged or defective please contact me within 3 days of the item arriving with you.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
